Our Mission: To be co-laborers with major corporate organizations and government entities ENRICHING Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at every level of their organization with IMPACT internally, locally, nationally, and globally by providing access to high-paying high skilled jobs in a redefined sheltered workplace model that meets the needs and advances of today's ever-evolving world landscape. We further foster financial independence and close the wealth gap for persons with disabilities and do our part to help remedy senior poverty.

College Bound
12th-grade IEP/12Plus Program participants with great potential in trades or college-bound

Direct referrals from city/county disability support service offices

Support Services
College students receiving student support services for a disability

Retired Seniors
Retired seniors aged 67 and older with a need to prevent senior poverty by having additional income
